Wave Clinics

We will take you to the best spots for that particular day based on the wind and swell forecasts!

Your guides all have a minimum of 6 years experience and are experienced wave kiters, and you will benefit from their local knowledge to make sure that you will be at the right spot where it is all happening.

In doing this you will get to spend more days on the water as we will follow the wind. If there is no wind in the Blouberg area there are other places where there will be wind, and we will make sure that we get you there.

The Clinics themselves are structured to pass along everything you need to know to become a better waverider. Besides committing to directly increase your level of riding during the clinic, our goal is to also generally grow your comfort zone in the surf, and to reduce possible sources of frustration and risks in the future. This will positively impact on your approach to riding waves, and create a base for you to continue improving and drawing from.

On the first day we will assess your level, and make a plan for the rest of the week by setting individual goals. On a daily basis we will re-evaluate your progress via the revolutionary Soloshot video system. You put a transponder on your arm and go kiting. The Soloshot will film you by following you automatically! This way we can speed up your learning process.

We are offering a 5 day Kitecamp - five days of intensive training and spot guiding. Since numbers for the camps are extremely limited, (8 kiters per camp), we request that you book early.

The clinics will be run from October 1st till the end of March on a weekly basis. (BOOKINGS) The clinics are conducted one after another and are modular, so they are based on one another. (INTERMEDIATE WAVE PROGRAM & BOOKINGS) and the (ADVANCED WAVE PROGRAM & BOOKINGS) This means that you can enrol in two clinics, and use what you just learned the very next week!

For those of you who want to give it a try, and generally feel comfortable on a twin tip but don´t want to buy a waveboard, we are offering special Kitesurfaris rental rates on the equipment from Ozone Kites, Flexifoil Kites and boards, and Xelerator custom waveboards.
