- I like to think of myself as an alternate sports enthusiast. With a background rooted in all forms of surfing and the ocean lifestyle, but balanced by incorporating terrestrial sports like skating and adventure motorcycling with whitewater paddling being my wet weather alternative. A freelance writer in all the related fields, always stirring the pot to put the alternate sport lifestyle more in the limelight where it so rightly belongs. Kitesurfing in the freedom of the ocean has the strongest pull on me. Innovative and progression driven I have and continue to contributed to the development of the sport in South Africa.
