Sterkfontein Dam Trip - March 2011

Calvin and I arrived at the dam on Friday and met Thinus and Celeste from Jo'burg who had been waiting for the wind to arrive since the morning. With not so much as a breeze, we spent the afternoon paddling on the Brunotti SUP and improving our tans. Ben arrived after a while and even though He, Thinus and Celeste had never been on an SUP, they were all paddling around quite comfortably in no time - Celeste is a natural! The water at Sterkies is crystal-clear so it's really cool to cruise…

NB! - Sterkfontein dam trip (4th-6th) cancelled due to poor weather forecast

Unfortunately the weather's not looking good for this weekend (4th -6th) at Sterkfontein so the Kitesurfing trip has been cancelled. Our next trip will be around end of January next year so keep an eye on the events calendar and we hope to see you there next time.

The wait is over. The new Flexifoil 2010 Kiteboard range has just arrived and has already been tested for two days in a row! It’s not often that you get new Kiteboarding toys get to try them out on the first day. The first impression when un-packing the boards were the attention to detail and quality finish of the Flexifoil Kiteboard.
