So pray tell where the best spots are in RB?   I am up there this weekend and it looks like the winds are going to be around so I may as well spend some time getting wet.   Please give me some hints.

So I pop into Marco's with Sin on Sunday to grab something to eat.



Guess what? No parking...



I parked on the pavement along with everyone else and got a fine. Not too much of an issue with that.
